On Saturday, seating will be in groups of 8. Please plan to arrive with those you’d like to sit near to secure your seat for the day.


*If you’re joining us for Friday evening, you will purchase your own dinner, though we will plan to eat as a group. The location kindly lets us use their space and asks that we dine while there.

Registration closes March 26th for Demonstrators or when full!! Don’t delay! After March 26th, if there is room, we will open remaining seats to non-Demonstrators.

You will need to bring your basic tool kit (snips, adhesives, etc.) on both days! Everything else will be provided!


**SWAPS: This is optional! You can register for one or both swaps. Swap groups will be 15 or less and final numbers will be emailed to those participating on May 1st. Current Stampin’ Up! products should be used. Multiple layers, full cards and best work is requested! Do not put your information on the card – please include a sheet with your name and email in the clear envelope of each card for swapping. We will swap on Saturday during lunch in a single line formation.


If you’re visiting from out of town and would like recommendations for flight info, hotels, etc. please reach out to us.
Long distance packages are not being offered for this event. This is an in-person only offering.

Join us on Sunday, June 11th for a group breakfast (time/location TBD) or a baseball game – Let’s go see the SF Giants take on the Chicago Cubs in the Dog Days of Summer game (yes, the doggos will be at the park!) at 1:05pm!! Both events are optional but a headcount and commitment for coordination is necessary. Both events are self pay!
