Holy Guacamole!

Hi Friends!

Today’s project is one of my all-time faves! If you immediately assumed it was a shaker card, you’re my people! Because, OF COURSE it is!

Shake, Shake, Shake… Fiesta!

I used the Taco Fiesta stamp set, which is Erica Cerwin‘s 1 Million Dollar Achievement set – and is probably one of my favorites, to date! It’s so fun and so festive! It’s a fiesta in a stamp case!

There are so many layers to this card! My base is Sweet Sorbet and is a 4 1/4″ square card. I layered a piece of Shaded Spruce Textured Shimmer Paper between the base and the shaker! My card front is from the Enjoy the Journey DSP pack but looks like chips, right?! I stamped my images and colored them in with Stampin’ Blends. I even stamped the background piece behind the shakey bits – you can see the little peppers and lime slices peeking out!

I used the Basic White CS that I stamped the peppers and limes on to close up my shaker and before I adhered this whole layer to my card front, I wrapped some Sweet Sorbet bakers’ twine around it twice and tied a bow. I stamped my sentiment onto a label die cut from the Queen Bee dies and then adhered it and all of my colored images to my card. I used multipurpose liquid glue to adhere a few of the Loose Frosted Dots to the front also.
