My coordinating project this month is a cute card for a special Teacher! I just love the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set and Apple Builder Punch. This bundle debuted in the 2019 Holiday Catalog and won my heart. The punch can also be used for the Pumpkin stamp in the set. SO cute!! I love fall the most!
This card was super easy. I made a mat the same color as my card base – Real Red – and then also punched out multiple apples to layer on for a tone on tone look.
I knew I wanted to use Shimmery Crystal Effects on the apple, so I actually stamped and punched it out the day before. I added my Shimmery Crystal Effects and let it dry for almost 24 hours. I layed it on pretty thick so it needed plenty of time. But, man – check out that shine! It’s so pretty!
The items I used for this card are:
- Real Red Card Base: 4 1/4″ x 11″ and scored on the long side at 5 1/2″ (Top folding style)
- Real Red Mat: 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Scraps of Real Red for apple pieces punched out
- Vellum Cardstock
- Whisper White 3/8″ Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon
- Shimmery Crystal Effects
- Whisper White Scrap
- Real Red Ink
- Label Me Lovely Punch
