It’s Thursday, again! I hope you’re all having a lovely 4th of July Holiday! The little guy and I are hanging out today – well, this week, really. Dad is in Columbia on a guys vacation with a couple of the cousins. He loves to travel and I’m so grateful that we’re able to do so as a family and as individuals!

Today’s post comes to you with projects from last weekend. We had our Luv2Stamp Team Meeting, launching the new Annual Catalog. The Luv2Stamp Team is Patty Bennett’s team and I am in her second level. We get together 3 times a year to highlight new catalog released products, spend time talking about our business and getting a little training in. It’s such a great time getting together with everyone that we don’t always see often and crafting!

Patty was gracious and trusting enough to let me co-host this one! I was so grateful for the opportunity! It was alot of elbow grease but the meeting was wonderful and everyone loved the projects!

We made 6 projects but these are the three that I designed and prepped – I hope you enjoy them, also!

I am just loving the new Noble Peacock Suite – the DSP and Foils are just amazing!! This card has NO stamping – can you believe it?! Once I had all of the pieces in place I just couldn’t bring myself to add a sentiment to the front. I die cut the peacock out of Sparkle Glimmer paper and used sponges with Pretty Peacock, Blueberry Bushel and Old Olive inks to create a pretty ombre effect.

The next two cards use the new Pigment Sprinkles! Have you seen them, yet? They’re similar to other watercolor pigment powders on the market but these are in our signature Stampin’ Up! colors and are amazingly vibrant! I was floored! They’re a little messy, but oh so fun!

This card uses the new Silhouette Scenes bundle, which has a stamp set and coordinating dies. I just love the tree die cut and knew I wanted to watercolor it! I used the Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green Pigment Sprinkles and just let the colors run together while spritzing water on them. It turned out a beautiful shade of Clover, I think, with some muddled Apple in there. I used my Stamparatus to stamp the image of the girl swinging. It makes stamping crisp, solid images a breeze because if the ink is blotchy anywhere, you can ink up your stamp again and stamp it right back down in the exact same spot – no halos or shadows!

My last card features the new To A Wild Rose bundle. This open image flower just begs to be colored with all of the mediums!! On this card I used the Pigment Sprinkles in Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Gorgeous Grape. The colors just jump off of the paper!

I just love every new catalog release and the new products we get to play with. Getting together as a team of crafty friends is always such a fun day!
