My dear friend, Leah, had a birthday on Wednesday. I love making personalized birthday cards when I can. She loves sloths and the Animal Expedition DSP has one! The colors in this suite are so fun and bright, which makes it great for lots of occasions! 


My card base is Berry Burst with a mat of Lemon Lime Twist cut 1/8″ smaller. My Berry Burst DSP is cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and the the bird DSP is cut to 2″ x 4″. The Lemon Lime mat for the birds is cut to 1/8″ larger. I used our new Pearlized Doilies under my sentiment flagged, stamped from the Picture Perfect Birthday set. I cut the adorable slot from the DSP and layered it with Lemon Lime Twist, both using our Layering Circle Thinlits. Mr. Sloth’s fun birthday hat was stamped in Balmy Blue with a stamp in the Broadway Birthday set. My glittery accents are Granny Apple Green epoxy dots. LOVE them!!


This card came together so easy and is SO cute! This layout/sketch could be used with SO many sets for so many occasions!
